[CASL-L] "Teacher Librarians are the Heart of the School"

Does anyone out there have that experience? I'm too busy in my school teaching classes all day long to be much of a resource outside of that. There isn't any time in my day to work with teachers, create programs for families, etc. Just curious about others' work environments.
