[CASL-L] Has anyone genrefied their fiction section?

I am a new librarian and new to CASL. I'm looking into genrefying the fiction section of my school's library and was hoping to talk to some librarians who have already made the switch. If your school has genrefied fiction (or done a total genrefication of the library) or could put me in touch with librarians (from any state) who have done this, could you please shoot me an email?
