Thank you for referring to the CASL Ning as a good resource. We do not have a consent form on the Ning, but if you search "COPPA parental consent form" you will find some examples. On the other hand, perhaps your district includes this instance in their AUP, or perhaps your district has another generic form that you could use.

A teacher came to me today and asked if I had a generic form that he could use to set up yahoo accounts for students. I don't. Thought there must be some forms out there. Did a quick google search and didn't quite find what I needed either. I looked on CASL ning and didn't find anything there.
I'll share my Edmodo form with him, but does anyone else have a more generic form?
