NEASC says that there must be one media specialist for 400 students. However, there is no wording that says there is a need for more. They may recommend that there be more support in the library, but it is not in stone. Joan

Subject: [CASL-L] question

Hi All.

Does anyone know the "rules" for staffing a school library? Do you have to put a certified LMS in a position or can you just fill it with a certified teacher?

Just wondering. And getting my ducks in a row.
