Certified librarians are only mandated at the HS level. There are many districts in the state that don't have certified librarians at the elementary and/or middle school level. I have worked in 2 such districts.

Subject: [CASL-L] question
Hi All.
Does anyone know the "rules" for staffing a school library? Do you have to put a certified LMS in a position or can you just fill it with a certified teacher?
Just wondering. And getting my ducks in a row.
