[CASL-L] one book one school

Was wondering if anyone had experience with a “one book one school” endeavor.  I have a K-2 and a 3-5 intermediate school interested.  If anyone has any feedback or lessons learned, I would love to hear from you.  Would welcome your favorite friendship or kindness themed book too...
