[CASL-L] reference collections

I have one section of reference (4 shelves) still separate from the general
collection, with almanacs, dictionaries, the PDR and other misc. ref on
it. Everything else is incorporated into the general collection,
designated Circulating Reference, and checks out for one week instead of
three. Getting students to look in two separate sections of the library
wasn't working, and the CR materials are actually used now. It also opened
up a section of the library large enough to put in 24 computers! Win-win.
