[CASL-L] cell phone in high schools

Hi Kathleen,

Students are allowed to carry their phones throughout the day, but they
must be put away (and they are continually reminded to put them away) at
the beginning of class.  Most teachers have a cell phone jail where
students have to park their phone if they are caught looking at them.
