[CASL-L] NEASC, State or National Recommendation for appropriate mix of Print and Electronic

Hello,

      I have been asked to explore if there are any standards set up for the appropriate mix of Print and Electronic Resources.

       Does anyone have this?

        Also, does NEASC have standards to determine the appropriate resources for a LMC of say 850 students?
