[CASL-L] Acceptable Use Policy in your district

We are Google for Education district so all our students have Google email.
Our district policy requires parents to complete a new form each year. If
we don't get a completed form I am required to suspend their accounts. We
have suspended hundreds of student accounts only to reset them as we
receive their forms.
How does everyone handle this?
