I too am interest in a SLO goal to encourage elementary school teachers to
use the LMC as a research resource. I am in a fixed schedule building and
have blocks of time I could use to work with classes in the library to
extend and supplement their research units. We have a new principal that
I'm sure you support a teacher/classroom focused SLO goal. Please share if
you have had used SLO's as a way to encourage collaboration.
