[CASL-L] Apps for annotating PDFs?

neu.Annotate+ PDF is 3.99 and pretty easy to use. I got it when it was on Apps Gone Free so it didn't cost me anything.

Hi-
One I recently tried is BaiBoard<http://www.baiboard.com/>. Virtual whiteboard but can annotate PDFs on iPad and send as an attachment or save to Google Drive.
