I was at Social Studies Workshop recently and the creators of this flip ebook were presenting on their project which is being piloted now with plans to be out this fall:

Should be a great resource for grades 3-4 for CT History and especially for schools with devices.

To ensure that I have the resources they will need, I'm hoping that you all might suggest some good books (fiction and nonfiction) that would be appealing to 3rd and 4th grade students with a wide variety of reading abilities. For example, I would love to identify historical fiction that takes place in Connecticut as well as nonfiction books about the history of Connecticut and biographies about famous people from Connecticut. Really, anything and everything relating to Connecticut would be wonderful.
