[CASL-L] 21st Century Skills Action Plans

Hi everyone,
I'm part of a district wide committee that is looking at 21st Century Skills and how they will be implemented into the curriculum.
What we are looking for is any districts who have already implemented this.
We're trying to come up with Action/Strategic Plans for students.
We've come up with our domains, and are working on our outcome statements. The next step is defining what we want students to achieve.
If anyone has something that we could go by, it would be very helpful.
