I’ve used a free app called I Promt Pro<https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/i-prompt-pro/id539175031?mt=8> on iPhone/iPad, it took a bit to get the hang of it but it works! It’s also available for Android<https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ourapps4u.ipromptpro&hl=en>, so you may be able to use it on a  Chromebook if your model can get apps from Google Play
