[CASL-L] Book Suggestions- Middle School-wide Read - Gr 5 - 8

*Outcasts United* by Warren St. John - there's a young adult version and
eighth graders could try the adult version if they wanted something more
challenging but everyone would still be reading the same basic story. You
could also do that with the different versions of *I Am Malala *and *Orphan
Train.*
*Home of the Brave* by Katherine Applegate. Our middle schools have
done *Outcasts
United* and *Home of the Brave* as school-wide reads.
