[CASL-L] Google Classroom- autograding ?

Kristie,

Google Forms will do that for you. You can convert a Form to a
"self-grading" Form.
You no longer need to get Add-Ons. We used to use Flubaroo with Forms until
Google introduced self-grading Forms.

The feature works with Forms, not Docs.

The feature allows you to ask questions, create an answer key, assign
points to each question, and either release grades immediately to students,
or at a later date. There are some new features too. You can now add links
to resources for questions students get wrong. You can use the links to
send students to the Web for additional help, or even to your own Google
Docs, as a review of what they've studied. Plus, you can add personal
comments to individual students, and you can hand score individual
questions for specific students - great for special needs students or those
who have been absent, etc.

You can also add images as part of the question, or you can add them as
answer choices (distractors).

   1. Create you test/quiz in Google Forms
   2. Click the gear icon in the top, right
   3. Click "Quizzes"
   4. Click, "Make This a Quiz"
   5. Decide if students can see results immediately or not
   6. Decide if students can see missed questions, correct answers, point
   values for each question.

Hi,

Is anyone familiar with a feature to autograde student work in either
Google Classroom or Google docs?

A teacher has said they’ve done this in the past but can’t remember how…
but my recollection is that Google doesn’t support autograding (the way
that, say, Schoology does).
