[CASL-L] In-library Chromebook contract

My high school library has been issued two carts of chromebooks for kids to use during study halls.  The computers would not be taken home or borrowed all day, just for a block, in the library.  My assistant and I would like borrowers to sign a contract holding them responsible for returning the computer in the same condition in which they received it.  Does anyone have a sample we could look at?  Our PowersThatBe feel that the sample we suggested sounded too "admonishing."
