[CASL-L] Visiting Author Suggestions K2

We have had some amazing authors come and visit our school recently. Very
reasonable.

Shelley Gill- lives in Alaska, but paid air fair (we paid hotel for the
night) and she was $1400. She is a visit that everyone at my school still
talks about. Very engaging!

Elise Broach- lives in CT- has The Miniature World of Marvin and James
series and picture books. All my K-2 loves Marvin and James. $1600 for
three 50-minute presentations and a book-signing, with no more than 4 1/2
hours at the school

Sarah Albee- lives in CT (worked on Sesame Street and did a great job with
K-2 crowd. Has lots of non-fiction books) $1500 but does multiple school
discount.
