[CASL-L] cataloging yearbooks

Good morning,

Many people borrow our school yearbooks.  They are not allowed to leave the
building but because yearbook club, security, etc. need them for reference,
we sometimes have a difficult time tracking them down.  We have only one
copy of each year and we feel it would be best to formally barcode the
yearbooks, as they are irreplaceable artifacts for our school.

Has anyone added theirs to Destiny? How would you categorize them?
(resource? artifact?)

Looking for suggestions.
