[CASL-L] cataloging yearbooks

Hi Jodie,

All yearbooks need to stay in our library (no checkouts/barcodes) with the
exception of yearbook staff and students (we only have one copy for many of
the years).  They can take them out of the library to use for the yearbook
club (books would be the responsibility of the yearbook staff).
