This is a successful program at a school in Colorado (Boulder Valley School District).  This might be  something that your PTO/PTA could really get behind! My own kids (a hundred years ago….ha ha) didn’t like to go to school dances and we were in a rural area with a 20+ mile drive to a movie theater or other options.
