The Friday/Saturday event (and informal story swapping on Sunday morning at the Groton Inn and Suites) offers you professional storytelling concerts, workshops on storytelling art and technique, and this year, we’ve added a panel of experts who will help us understand the value of storytelling as an antidote to screen time.

Folk Enthusiasts, all four of this year’s featured storytellers have roots in folk music or storytelling, from Gwendolyn Quezaire-Presutti's Living History presentation featuring Zora Neal Hurston, to Adam Booth’s stories and music of past and present Appalachia, to headliner Kim Weitkamp, winner of  the Blue Ridge Excellence in the Arts Award.
