Dear Valued Members,

CEN's Education and Development Advisory Council is pleased to offer our second quarterly workshop. The Broadband Toolkit Workshop is an interactive, hands-on experience designed to equip our smaller member organizations and their often limited IT staff with the tools to:

·     Understand and solve tech mysteries
·     Diagnose and fix tech problems
·     Help your helpers with better diagnostics and problem descriptions
·     Plan for the future and become stronger advocates

This workshop will feature a presentation of the toolkit, Q&A, CEN member experiences, and a hands-on completion of the toolkit with the friendly help of IT professionals. Similar to CEN's last training event, this workshop will feature an in-person group experience with interactive technology hosted at several locations across the state. Originally designed for libraries, this toolkit and workshop are well suited to benefit small schools, municipalities, and libraries.

·     Acton Public Library, Old Saybrook
·     Mansfield Public Library
