I'm not going to post my numbers because they're hideous compared to all you've listed ... I am in a tiny fairly urban high school of about 330 students. It's my third full year in the position and I've been trying to up our circulation. Slowly, but surely, I think I am making headway! One thing I am trying to do is organize my fiction by genre, rather than last name. So many kids come in looking for science fiction or romance. They don't come in asking for the new Roth novel. I'm hoping this will work. I know it will be a huge undertaking but I am chipping away at it.
