Jen, can you share contact for that? We need it at doors!! We have 4 main entry points because we are above main cafe and we are a pass thru area/hall on the ends of our rectangle shape space. That sounds great. We have lots of steps getting attendance and I’m interested in streamlining!

We actually have PowerSchool and ended up going with a different program that swipes and enters data directly into PowerSchool - no extra step, no copying and pasting.  Our Power School attendance system can't be batch entered - you have to individually enter each student - so it was such a pain.  We use Identakid now and I have nothing but great things to say about it.  My library piloted it in our school last spring - and it's now at our front entry.  Soon it will be added to the nurse's office.  The system uses our IDs that we generate here in school.

If you use PowerSchool, you may be able to scan IDs into a spreadsheet and then copy and paste right into PS attendance. That’s what we are doing this yr, so far so good.
