[CASL-L] collective list of resources

Parents can make the choice to have their children signin, create accounts,
or use websites and apps that are NOT on your District's signed policy list.
WE can't ask students to do this without a signed agreement.
IF you are distributing this list as a SUGGESTED activity list for
prolonged closures, parents can make their own informed decisions about
usage.
You MAY want to point out to parents which ones have signed onto the CT
Software Hub, to better guide their choices for home use.
