[CASL-L] Fwd: Current Checkout Totals & How to Run the Report

Hello!

Kelly Casey gave me permission to forward this to the listserv:)  It's
instructions for running a report in Destiny to determine the dollar amount
you currently have checked out of your collections.

In WH, we created a district spreadsheet so the district leaders could see
total loss as a district.

Library Quaran-Team:
Please follow these steps to run this report and then add them to the
spreadsheet

*Go to Destiny -> Report Builder  -> New Report -> Patron -> Current
Checkouts*

Step 1: I checked, Last Name, First Name, Title/Name, Barcode -Copy/Item,
Purchase Price

Step 2: skip, click the blue arrow to the next slide

Step 3: I reordered them:

Step 4: skip, click the blue arrow to the next slide

Step 5: Click Count and Total under Purchase Price

Step 6: Set Report Limiters

Step 7: Name & Run report
Download as Excel
Total Amount $ will show up in "View Report"
