Realized I only replied to Joan. In this new environment, this might work.
I haven't written mine yet but here is a suggestion that relates to
promoting student engagement:
SLO: Students will be able to do the following whether in-person or remote:

   - complete tasks
   - pay attention
   - respond to questions
   - self monitor progress
   - seek help when needed
   - engage in discussions
   - ask questions
   - set learning goals
   - seek feedback
   - self-asses

____% will move along the Continuum of Engagement in a positive direction
from disengaged to engaged or in a manner that shows increased engagement.
