Earlier this week, Children and YA Consultant Kymberlee Powe presented this session where she dove into the makeup of the publishing industry, discussed the difference between a diverse collection and an inclusive one, and walked us through the logistics of performing a diversity audit of your collection.

The examples and resources provided in this presentation focused on youth collections, but the method of performing a diversity audit, and the reason it's necessary to perform audits, are universal to all collections.
