[CASL-L] [EXTERNAL] opening HS libraries

[INGALLS, KARA]

?We are open to students at study hall. We had to limit our numbers, but we are lucky to have a large space where we can spread the kids out. We use LibraryTrac for  study hall teachers to sign up students and it's been a lifesaver this year!

We  also have students mark their spot with a red post it note so that we know that area has to be cleaned before someone else can sit there.
