[CASL-L] opening HS libraries

Our school district has been open fully in-person five full days a week
since September. We opened to study hall students at the start of Semester
2 in January and it's going fine. We have two students per table with about
five feet between them and a plexiglass desk shield. Students must choose a
seat to stay in the entire period and we record who sat where.

There have been no issues. We have classes come in as well and use our
upper level, as well as tutors working one-on-one with students.
