[CASL-L] Subbing due to lack of coverage

It sounds like it is a mess everywhere! I go between our elementary and
middle school. At the elementary level, I haven't had to cover very much
but our instrumental teacher covers often as do our paraeducators. I am
booked solid at the elementary level so there aren't many times to pull me
without impacting the plan periods of the classroom teachers. At my middle
school, at least once a week, I lose a plan period to cover classes. Our
superintendent has covered classes as has our custodian. And forget about
buses, we regularly have students arriving 45 minutes late because a driver
has to drop of one run and then go grab another run. After school, we
often have kids hanging around for an additional 45 minutes waiting for a
bus to come back to grab them.
