Growing Equitable Library Services

GELS is an initiative of the CT State Library. The series of workshops strives to provide trainings that helps libraries become strength-based, trauma informed, antiracist, social and emotionally conscious community institutions.

In additions to live, virtual presentations by various experts, a libguides page has been created to house recordings, slides, and additional information that may be helpful in facilitating daily library work and institutional change.
