[CASL-L] Library Staffing

Hey Kim,
In Region 7, (Norfolk, Colebrook, Barkhamsted, New Hartford) we have one .5
LMS in the 7-12 grade library.  No para, just sub teachers when the LMS is
not in school.  This way for the last 6 years.
