[CASL-L] Library Paras

This is not exactly what you were asking but it's an idea. In my current
school, we have a library clerk.

In my previous district, we had library paras. They, initially, tried to
bunch them with special ed paras for training, etc. I found some applicable
activities for PD and proposed them to administration so she didn't have to
do the same training. It worked out well.
