[CASL-L] "Moving on" book suggestions please!

Hello all - someone asked me for book suggestions for a guest reader for
Read Across America. This person is retiring and is reading to 4th graders
who are moving to a new school next year. "Oh the places you'll go" isn't
exactly what they were looking for.

I'd love some other ideas to share.
