[CASL-L] Librarian Evaluations

It's great that your admin is evaluating you as a school librarian. Colorado has an excellent rubric for school librarians. I used it a few years back when the chair of the English department was my evaluator and gave me a negative evaluation because she didn't adjust the classroom teacher rubric for my position. I contested the evaluation by showing her how this rubric said I should be commended, not criticized for doing things like weeding and striving to have a diverse collection.

It's that time of year again.
I have a new evaluator who wants to try evaluating me NOT as a teacher but (gasp) as a school librarian.
Does anyone have similar problems and more importantly, solutions?
I showed her the NY State library rubric, but I'm wondering if there is something else or better.
