Our district is assigning the following (all have journal entries/work
assigned to them - will count as a grade for their first ELA marking period
grade):

students entering grade 6: Wishtree by Applegate
students entering grade 7: Ground Zero by Gratz
students entering grade 8: Fever 1793 by Anderson
