Hi Kim,
It'll take some legwork, but ResearchItCT is a terrific free resource.  We
are fortunate enough to have ProQuest, one of the best for Pro/Con
articles, but ResearchItCT will have what you need.  It just won't be
organized in that convenient pro/con format.
