[CASL-L] Destiny Question

Hi Gail,
I’ve got a billing issue with Follett that I’ve been trying to resolve
since last spring. They rarely respond to email or phone calls, and when
they do, they don’t address the issue at hand. They say they’ll look into
it but never get back to me. I dread the thought of switching to another
company, but I may have to. They keep driving the price up, and they’re not
providing adequate support. I suspect we are not alone.
