Speakers from CT State Three Rivers' Technology Certificate Program and the
Dual Enrollment/High School Partnership Initiative will share details about
these* tuition and fee FREE virtual courses for high school 11th and 12th
graders* interested in signing up for a Spring 2026 course. The session
