[MCOH-EH] Charging for MMR titers

We are a hospital-based occ med/employee health practice, and obtain hep B, MMR, and varicella titers on all new hires for our hospital and hospital-affiliated extended care facility, regardless of proof of previous immunization.  We do not charge for pre-employment titers, or for aforementioned vaccines if needed.

We are seeing an increase in the costs for performing MMR titers. If a new hire employee is unable to provide proof of vaccination for MMR, do you charge for performing titers? If the employee needs the vaccine, do you charge for it?
