[MCOH-EH] MCOH-EH MMR & VZ - proof of immunity

Like Dr. Hudson we require documentation of 2 MMR at least 28 days apart or protective titers for employees and volunteers.  The requirement is the same for medical staff employed by our organization as well as credentialed independent providers.

We require documentation of 2 MMR at least 28 days apart or protective titers for employees of the Health System.  New house staff are the same.  MDs employed by Health System are the same.  Other faculty MDs are a group we do not have our arms around yet.
