[MCOH-EH] Mandatory Immunizations and Accommodations

This is the same for Oregon. If titers come back neg or equivocal, we recommended the appropriate follow-up. If an employee refuses, a declination is signed. Then, if the employee is exposed to that specific dx, he/she is taken off work (at their cost) for the period of time for which ever outbreak they are exposed to.

I work in the health care field and our state, Maine requires proof of vaccination or titers for MMR and Varicella for all and Hep B for anyone with patient contact. The employee can decline but if an outbreak of any disease as above would be told to stay home without pay because of no immunity.

Dear List Serve Members,
Do you have a mandatory immunization policy in your organization and if so what accommodations do you offer to employees who have an exemption or waiver? (such as: required to mask during certain times, etc.)
Thank-you in advance.
