We are mandatory vaccine or mask per LA County Health Department order and  have colored badge buddy plastic tags that go behind your ID badge so are visible indicating vaccinated for the season so no mask required and it is easy for all to see.  In addition managers can click on a link and see who is "cleared" from mask requirement real time as the flu season progresses.

What are your organizations doing to help managers identify who has or has not had a flu vaccine? At this time we are not mandatory but they have to wear a mask if they decline.
