[MCOH-EH] Mandatory Immunization Program

What are other facilities' policy on vaccinations, specifically TdaP?  Does your facility mandate all employees receive the TdaP every 10 years or just certain areas (L&D, Nursery, Pediatrics, ED, etc...) and are they allowed to decline?  We currently do not have a mandatory immunization program, however the topic arose at a board meeting with the OB's attending our hospital.
