[MCOH-EH] Pre-placement IGRA testing

For hospitals using IGRA (Quantiferon TB Gold test/ T-SPOT test) for 
pre-employment TB screening, what method do you use for periodic (annual) 
TB screening? Do you continue to use IGRA or revert to PPD.
