[MCOH-EH] Pre-placement IGRA testing

We keep people on the annual IGRA testing if started on that.  We have been doing this since June 2012 and the previous employees on-boarded with two-step PPD and those stay on annual PPD although we have some who ask to change and we allow that but in general don't let people switch back and forth between tests because they often do not agree.

For hospitals using IGRA (Quantiferon TB Gold test/ T-SPOT test) for pre-employment TB screening, what method do you use for periodic (annual) TB screening? Do you continue to use IGRA or revert to PPD.
