[MCOH-EH] Pre-placement IGRA testing

I was told they could only complete a questionnaire annually.  If there were 3 or more red flags, then we would repeat the test or perform a PPD.

For hospitals using IGRA (Quantiferon TB Gold test/ T-SPOT test) for pre-employment TB screening, what method do you use for periodic (annual) TB screening? Do you continue to use IGRA or revert to PPD.
